We are at the beginning of an exciting venture that we believe God has called us to. Come and join us as we begin reaching out into the city of Preston.
For the best part of the last two years it had been in the heart of Pastor John & Michelle Lacy, and the Living Waters leadership, to see a healthy, vibrant and relevant local church planted in the city of Preston.
Earlier this year, Pastor Dele Oderinde was brought on staff at Living Waters Church, and together with his wife Dumebi they now lead the outreach into Preston. We are so blessed to see the beginning of all that God wants to do in this great city!
Sunday Campus Gathering (3.00 - 4.30pm)
On Sunday 24th Feb 2019, we commenced weekly Sunday meetings in Preston. We hired the Dance Studio in the St Augustine’s Building at Cardinal Newman College. This inaugural service was attended by about 30 people including adults & children. We had a team of volunteers from Chorley which organized a ministry for the children. We are hopeful that in the not too distant future, we will begin a fully structured Sunday morning service.
Come and join us for our weekly Sunday campus gathering!

Prayer & Evangelism
We have a team of people going out into the city centre weekly to prayer for the city. We are already seeing fruits and some measure of good responses from the people the team have engaged on the streets. This effort will continue as we share the hope of Jesus, pray for Preston and spread the news about the church in the city.
Go Again Preston (Bi monthly - Sunday 5.00-6.30pm)
A bi-monthly worship & prayer event in Preston, that has been held since September 2018 to begin praying into God’s will for the city. This has been supported by many of the people from Chorley.
‘Go Again Preston’ regularly takes place in the Main Auditorium of the Cardinal Newman College, Preston.
Keep an eye out for the next scheduled event.
Students & Youth Hub
Preston is home to UCLAN, a university that has an average attendance of more than 30,000 students from different countries around the world. We are working on the strategy for connecting with this large student community.
